Regular membership shall include all former and present members of the U.S. Coast Guard, civilian or military, who were, or are, assigned to headquarters, area, district offices or field offices, resident Agent offices as Investigators, Special Agents, Security Managers, or Intelligence Officers. 

The below map is showing the location of our current members by states or
areas. In February, 2015 we issued membership card number 197.

Membership Application 06/24/2021 

Regular Membership – Dues paying members, who are up-to-date with their annual dues, can hold an office within the Association and can vote on issues brought up before the membership for consideration. They may also make recommendations for amendments to the Association By-Laws and Organization Manual.

Dues:  The Executive Board will determine the annual dues amount to
be assessed to each member. Changes to dues amount will be approved at the annual meeting, based on recommendation of the Executive Board. Dues will be billed on an annual basis of $25.00.  Reminder: Dues have to be up to date to vote at the annual conferences.

                                               Lifetime Membership
Bi-Laws Section 4. 

Lifetime Member – The category of lifetime members is to be discontinued effective 1 January 2014 and no new lifetime memberships will be authorized after that date. All current lifetime memberships remain valid.

Charleston Reunion Special Member’s Presentation:

 At the Charleston Reunion Bruce Shiels presented each member in
attendance with a special BROTHERHOOD COIN,  along with an    explanation of the coins heritage.  It  was a very thoughtful and benevolent presentation.  The coins will be cherished by all who received them.  Please see the Fall 2011 Newsletter with Bruce's remarks on the coin.
